The only students who are invited to submit nominations are those who have
distinguished themselves academically and who have
themselves been recognized for excellence in:

Who's Who Among American High School Students
or The National Dean's List,

  two prestigious publications which honor some of
the best and brightest high school and college students in the United States.

Who's Who Among America's Teachers.®
